Music Ministry
We embrace music as an essential part of worship in our contemporary or traditional services. All voices are welcome to help us voice:
Come, Christians, join to sing; Alleluia! Amen!
Loud praise to Christ our King; Alleluia! Amen!
Let all, with heart and voice, Before His throne rejoice;
Praise is His gracious choice; Alleluia! Amen!
| Chancel Choir – The Chancel choir is a volunteer group that assists in the leading of traditional worship on Sunday mornings. Special music is also presented throughout the year with the addition of guest musicians. Membership is open to students in high school and adults of all ages who desire to use their talents for the Glory of God. Choral music experience is helpful, but not required. The choir rehearses from 7:45 until 8:45 on Wednesday evenings in the Choir room (upper floor of the sanctuary building) and also 20 minute prior to the 11 am service on Sunday mornings. For further information please contact Nathan Bryson. | |
| Adult & Youth Handbells – This lively group of musicians rehearses from 7 - 7:30 pm on Wednesdays. Musicians of all ages are welcome to join. A basic understanding of music is helpful. Robinson Ringers typically plays during one service each month as well as on special occasions. Members of the group use a 4 octave set of Schulmerich handbells as well as 2 octaves of handchimes. For further information please contact Nathan Bryson. | |
| Carillon -- We are thrilled to provide this music to our neighbors and congregation. The preschool children have learned to count in English and Spanish using the hourly chimes. |
